The Graham Benefits Consulting Process is based on Graham's culture of providing value added service to a select group of world-class clients.

An engagement with Graham begins with an Employee Benefits Program Assessment. The Assessment is a comprehensive review and analysis of plan design, cost, eligibility, enrollment, compliance, communications and utilization. Additionally, the assessment includes benchmark data that compares your benefits program to the programs of similar companies.

Through the Benefits Assessment, we are able to recognize what areas can be improved, and begin to lay the groundwork to help the client develop a transformational benefits strategy that aligns with their business goals.

The Graham Company then develops a custom process to implement these improvements and recommendations. From insurance placement to vendor negotiations, Graham has the expertise to execute and implement the strategy.

After the implementation of the program, The Graham Company continues to monitor the client's employee benefits programs. From stewardship reports to mid-term executive review meetings and pre-renewal strategy meetings, Graham is always leveraging our personal and collective experience to ensure that the client stays on track to meet its employee benefits objectives.
