From New York/New Jersey

  1. Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit #4.
  2. Take Route 73 North to Route 38 West.
  3. Follow Route 38 West to Route 30 West, and follow the signs for Ben Franklin Bridge.
  4. From the Ben Franklin Bridge, exit onto "ROUTE 676 WEST / VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY." Travel for a distance of 1 mile to the BROAD STREET Exit, which is also 15th Street. At the top of the exit ramp, make a right onto 15th Street.
  5. Travel on 15th Street for 6 blocks to RANSTEAD STREET (which is the first street when you cross over Market Street - City Hall will be on your left). The Graham Building is on the far right-hand corner of 15th and Ranstead streets.
  6. PUBLIC PARKING is available at Interpark/LAZ Parking (Continue on 15th Street past The Graham Building and the entrance for Interpark/LAZ Parking will be on Corner of 15th and Sansom Streets) or park under the Liberty Building behind The Graham Company Building (Turn right on Ranstead street/alley, cross directly over 16th street and into the basement parking).

From 76 East - Valley Forge

  1. Follow 76 East to Central Philadelphia/Camden and take Exit 344 - ROUTE 676 EAST / VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY (the Exit will be on your LEFT).
  2. Once on ROUTE 676 EAST / VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY, take the second exit - BROAD STREET Exit (15th Street). Go to the top of the exit ramp and make a right onto 15th Street.
  3. Travel on 15th Street for 6 blocks to RANSTEAD STREET (which is the first street when you cross over Market Street - City Hall will be on your left). The Graham Building is on the far right-hand corner of 15th and Ranstead streets.
  4. PUBLIC PARKING is available at Interpark/LAZ Parking (Continue on 15th Street past The Graham Building and the entrance for Interpark/LAZ Parking will be on Corner of 15th and Sansom Streets) or park under the Liberty Building behind The Graham Company Building (Turn right on Ranstead street/alley, cross directly over 16th street and into the basement parking).

From I-95 NORTH

  1. From I-95 North to (IMPORTANT: MUST STAY IN LEFT-HAND LANE AS EXIT IS ON YOUR LEFT) Exit 22 (Route 676 West / Vine Street Expressway).
  2. Once on "ROUTE 676 / VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY." Travel for a distance of 1.5 miles to the BROAD STREET Exit, which will put you on 15th Street heading South.
  3. Travel on 15th Street for 6 blocks to RANSTEAD STREET (which is the first street when you cross over Market Street - City Hall will be on your left). The Graham Building is on the far right-hand corner of 15th and Ranstead streets.
  4. From I-95 SOUTH

  1. From I-95 South to Exit 22 (CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA/HISTORIC AREA). At the bottom of the ramp, follow signs for 676 West (Vine Street Expresway).
  2. Once on "ROUTE 676 / VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY" travel for a distance of approximately 1 mile to the 15th STREET EXIT (Broad Street). At the top of the exit ramp, make a right onto 15th Street.
  3. Travel on 15th Street for 6 blocks to RANSTEAD STREET (which is the first street when you cross over Market Street - City Hall will be on your left). The Graham Building is on the far right-hand corner of 15th and Ranstead streets.
  4. I-95 Points South

  1. Take I-95 North. When you get into Delaware, take I-495 North. If you miss the exit for I-495, you can stay on I-95 (they do reconnect in Pennsylvania); however, it is a little bit longer to go that way.
  2. When you get into Pennsylvania, take the exit for I-676 / Vine Expressway, Exit 22 (left lane exit), approximately 17 miles from PA border.
  3. Proceed approximately 2 miles and exit at the 15th Street Exit (Broad Street).
  4. Travel on 15th Street for 6 blocks to RANSTEAD STREET (which is the first street when you cross over Market Street - City Hall will be on your left). The Graham Building is on the far right-hand corner of 15th and Ranstead streets.
  5. PUBLIC PARKING is available at Interpark/LAZ Parking (Continue on 15th Street past The Graham Building and the entrance for Interpark/LAZ Parking will be on Corner of 15th and Sansom Streets) or park under the Liberty Building behind The Graham Company Building (Turn right on Ranstead street/alley, cross directly over 16th street and into the basement parking).

PA TURNPIKE - NORTHEAST EXTENSION

  1. Head South on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 476). You will pass Exit 31 - Lansdale at mile marker 30.2.
  2. Continue on the Pennsylvania Turnpike for 9.6 miles until you come to the exit at the East-West portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (the exit is at mile marker 20.6). This says Exit 25A - 476 South Chester/Philadelphia.
  3. Proceed through the Pennsylvania Turnpike tollbooth onto 476 South. You are at mile marker 19.6.
  4. Proceed on 476 South for 3.6 miles to Exit 6 - Route 76 Valley Forge/Philadelphia (mile marker 16.0).
  5. Proceed down the exit ramp and stay in the left lane and head towards 76 East Philadelphia.
  6. Get on Route 76 East Philadelphia at mile marker 331.5 and proceed East on 1-76 for 12.7 miles (to mile marker 344.2), where you will bear left onto Exit 38 - Route 676/Vine Street Expressway.
  7. Proceed on Route 676 / Vine Street Expressway. Travel for a distance of 1 mile to the Broad Street Exit, which is also the 15th Street Exit. At the top of the exit ramp, make a right onto 15th Street.
  8. Travel on 15th Street for 6 blocks to Ranstead Street (which is the first street when you cross over Market Street - City Hall will be on your left). The Graham Building is on the far right-hand corner of 15th and Ranstead streets.
  9.
