Lucille Carey was one of the original employees hired by Bill Graham in 1974. She currently oversees Human Resources and Operations; and is a member of the company's Board of Directors. Lucille is one of the most recognizable and respected professionals in the organization. She is widely credited with The Graham Company's extremely low turnover rate and has been integral in the firm's growth from a small regional agency to an organization consistently ranked as one of the top 50 privately held brokers in the nation. She remains an extremely visible member in several high profile human resource and professional organizations in the area including; SHRM, NAFE, Penjerdel Council and Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
