As the Executive Vice President - Marketing for The Graham Company, a Top 50 Insurance Agency located in Philadelphia, PA., Ken joined Graham in 1989 and now directs the client service & renewal marketing efforts of the Graham Account Managers, as well as managing key departments such as the Employee Benefits Division, Personal Lines and Safety Services operations. Ken also manages several large important client relationships in his own book of business. In addition, Ken works to strengthen Graham's relationships with key insurance company partners to maximize client service levels and agency results.
