Quality Assurance
Supporting each tier of the Graham Account Team is an in-house Technical Development Department that serves as an independent quality assurance unit. In addition to training and education, the Technical Development Department performs Quality Assurance Reviews of the work of every Account Manager, Producer and Claims Consultant. This department conducts compliance audits, policy check-ups and in-depth account reviews. This sharing of best practices results in continuous improvement in quality and service for every Graham client.
