At The Graham Company, we maintain the highest standards of quality in everything we do. We have an in-house Technical Development Department that acts as an independent quality assurance unit monitoring activity at every level of client and carrier interaction.
The Technical Development Team is responsible for Graham's unprecedented training and continuing education programs, which have set the standard for the industry. They also continually review the work of every Account Manager, Producer, Claims Consultant and Employee Benefits Consultant to ensure they meet the company's level of excellence and exceed the client's expectations.
With our philosophy of "excellence in client service", this department conducts quality assurance reviews, policy check-ups and in-depth account reviews. This attention to detail results in continuous improvement in quality and service for every Graham client.
