Unlike most other insurance brokers, our Producers are not just sales people. They are also expected to be technical experts. Our Producers conduct a detailed analysis of your current insurance program and prepare a Survey & Analysis report which outlines gaps and overlaps in your current coverage along with our recommendations for correcting the deficiencies. Producers are then responsible for designing your insurance program for the first year of coverage.

The Graham Company's Producers are incented to get involved and stay involved in your business. While their primary responsibility is new business development, they also stay involved with their clients on an ongoing basis.
