Deanna Herman

MBA, CSP, CFPS, Safety Consultant

Deanna Herman has worked in the health and safety field since 1995. She has expertise in developing and managing programs in various aspects of health and safety for general industry including accident investigation, Permit To Work, personal protective equipment, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Deanna was hired by The Graham Company in 2015 to assume the role of General Industry Safety Consultant. In this role, Deanna provides safety consultation services to clients in the manufacturing, distribution, professional services, general services and transportation industries.

Prior to coming to The Graham Company, Deanna worked for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (GSK). While at GSK, Deanna held several positions within the Environment, Health, and Safety Department as well as with the Facilities Engineering Department. Her responsibilities included program development, risk assessment, employee training, environmental risk, and compliance and internal auditing.

Deanna is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Air & Waste Management Association.

In 2005, Deanna earned the status of Certified Safety Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from La Salle University.
