Sam Heidorn joined The Graham Company in 2017. In his role, he specializes in helping Health and Human Services clients effectively manage their total cost of risk. He specializes in assisting companies by using a collaborative method that helps their risk management program align with their overall business goals.
From 2005 to 2018, he has served as an Army Officer, where his responsibilities included a variety of leadership and staff positions in the Infantry, Engineers, and Civil Affairs Units. Some of Heidorn’s notable achievements in the Army include Air Assault School, The German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge, a Bronze Star, Combat Infantry Badge and the Ranger Tab. After holding positions all over the country, multiple overseas tours and several decorations, Heidorn left active service in 2013 with a solid background in risk management in any conditions. Upon leaving the military, Heidorn joined Ingersoll Rand as a Production Supervisor managing several teams of people manufacturing Trane HVAC units. Over the next 3 years he quickly grew and took over multiple aspects of the operations including the raw materials and finished goods warehouses, the material flow and and logistics operations on all shifts at multiple locations. He was instrumental in changing the facility design for the new production model to fit the model for Lean Manufacturing.
Heidorn also spent time as the Vice President of Operations for SERVPRO of Norristown, Manayunk and the Greater Philadelphia Area and used his background in risk and emergency management to help clients mitigate their losses due to fire, flood, and other losses.
Heidorn graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Science where he also earned his rotary wing certifications.
