Course Summary: 

The course will review risk management fundamentals in the area of New York Construction, with a special focus on Labor Law.   The course will provide a basic overview of the New York Labor Laws as well as in-depth discussion on tactics to better service our clients when it comes to both handling and prevention of these claims.
