This course provides an intermediate-level review of rental captive insurance structures through two case studies. Participants will examine how organizations can use rental captives to retain risk, restructure traditional insurance programs, and address specific risk financing needs. The course will cover program structure, risk selection, financial considerations, implementation and the roles of key captive participants.
