Strategic Enterprise Risk Consultant
Courtney Schwartz is a Strategic Enterprise Risk Consultant at Graham, dedicated to helping clients identify and manage their most critical risks and opportunities—whether insurable or not. Partnering with specialized service teams, she advises organizations on implementing proactive, enterprise-wide risk management strategies designed to reduce vulnerabilities and strengthen competitive advantage.
With nearly two decades of professional experience, Courtney specializes in developing tailored, sustainable risk management programs that deliver lasting value beyond quick fixes. Before joining Graham, she led the Enterprise Risk Management program at a global S&P 500 life sciences manufacturing company. She also held leadership roles in risk management at both non-profit and privately held organizations.
In addition to her risk management expertise, Courtney has been a Registered Nurse for over nineteen years and continues to practice bedside nursing at a post-acute rehabilitation hospital.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University, an MBA in Management from Widener University, and a Master of Jurisprudence in Corporate Law and Compliance from Delaware Law School. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and a Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP).
Outside of work, Courtney is raising six boys, ranging from toddler to college age, and can often be found cheering them on at basketball, soccer, and volleyball games.
