Joseph Dorr joined The Graham Company in 2005 as a manufacturing loss control specialist. In this role he is responsible for providing support on industrial hygiene issues to a broad spectrum of high-risk industries. Dorr has expertise in developing and managing programs in various aspects of health and safety and specializes in industrial hygiene and general safety.
Prior to joining The Graham Company, Dorr worked for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, where he was a safety and industrial hygiene specialist. While at GlaxoSmithKline his responsibilities included program development, risk assessment, employee training and internal auditing.
Dorr is authorized to instruct the 10- and 30-hour OSHA General Industry Outreach Programs. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Industrial Hygiene Association. In 2001, he earned the status of Certified Safety Professional and in 2004, he earned the status of Certified Industrial Hygienist.
Dorr received his bachelor of science degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University and completed his master of science degree in Environmental Protection and Safety Management at St. Joseph’s University.
