Josh Royston joined Graham Company in 2023. His career has been spent advocating for organizations and individuals in the Health & Human Services industry. He specializes in creating risk management programs for large healthcare organizations with complex operations and demanding insurance needs.

Prior to working at Graham Company, Josh was a Vice President for Select Rehabilitation and SunDance Rehabilitation. Josh managed business development to implement wellness and therapy services focused on prevention to improve quality of life for his customers' clients.

Josh is an active member of The Provider Alliance, LeadingAge and multiple other national and state associations for social service organizations. He received his bachelor's degree from Bethany College and a master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
