Kathryn Ellis joined Graham Company in 2016 and is a valued member of the Safety Services Department. She has strong passion for helping organizations build healthier and safer workplaces.
Prior to joining Graham Company, Kathryn worked as a Supports Coordinator within the waiver program, where she coordinated services, assessed individual needs, facilitated referrals, and conducted home and community visits to support the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals. She also worked as an ABA Counselor in a direct care support role, helping individuals with intellectual, physical, and behavioral differences develop educational, social, and life skills.
Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University in 2013. Since joining Graham Company, she has continued to expand her expertise by earning both her AINS and ARM designations.
Kathryn is also a Mental Health First Aid Certified Instructor, equipping leaders and employees with the tools to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use challenges in the workplace.
Her background in psychology, behavioral support, and workplace safety gives her a unique perspective on the connection between employee well-being, culture, and organizational performance.
