Matt Karnofsky joined Graham Company in April 2021 and he is currently a Producer for the firm’s New York City office. He is responsible for the design and implementation of comprehensive, cost-effective insurance programs and risk management strategies for large companies with complex and demanding needs.

Prior to joining Graham Company, Matt worked in Underwriting and Sales for Intact Financial Corporation. He was one of five founding members hand selected to establish Intact’s Gig Economy Division. He also draws on his previous experience with Hess Corporation.

Matt is an Alternate Director of the St. John’s University, Greenberg School of Risk Management, Alumni Board.

Matt graduated from Penn State in 2013 with his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems and Minor in International Business. Matt graduated from St. John’s University in 2020 with his Master of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance.

Matt is active in the pursuit of his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
