White Plains, NY, March 28, 2024 – Graham Company, a Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) business, today announced that Carl Bloomfield has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Tom Morrin has been appointed Chief Growth Officer (CGO), effective immediately.
As President and COO, Mr. Bloomfield will oversee Graham’s business insurance and employee benefits brokerage and risk consultancy business, with responsibility for delivering client-centric innovation, new business, and talent development. He joined Graham in 2006 and most recently served as Managing Director, Enterprise Risk and Advisory Services. He succeeds Ken Ewell, who will remain with the company serving as a Vice Chairman focusing on strategic initiatives to advance the capabilities and expertise available to clients.
Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Bloomfield will report to Andrew Neary, CEO of MMA’s East region.
As CGO, Mr. Morrin will be responsible for leveraging Graham’s deep industry knowledge and expertise to deliver differentiated value to clients. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Morrin previously served as Graham’s Senior Vice President leading new business development, specializing in large, complex accounts. He succeeds Mike Mitchell, who will remain with the company serving as a Vice Chairman, focusing on building client relationships.
Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Morrin will report to Mr. Bloomfield.
