As Senior Vice President – Strategic Relationships at Graham Company, Dina Daniele is tasked with overseeing the firm’s account management division, developing and strengthening the firm’s insurance company relationships and overseeing all client renewals to ensure retention through quality service offerings. Daniele specializes in creating tailor-fit insurance programs that proactively manage the risks of businesses operating in difficult high-risk industries. In addition to this role, she serves on the firm’s Management Committee.

Prior to joining Graham Company eighteen years ago, Daniele worked for Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company, a member of the Factory Mutual system, which today is known as FM Global. There, she managed Fortune 1000 property risks.

A native of the Philadelphia area, Daniele graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor of science degree in communication and earned a master’s degree from Penn State University. She has also earned the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Daniele is a member of the Penn State Great Valley Advisory Board and chair of the “For the Future Campaign” committee. She also endows two scholarship programs at the University for single parents and veterans.
